A2 Doodh Ka Paneer

  1. Bring a2 doodh 1 litre to boil
  2. Add 1-2  teaspoon of yogurt
  3. Boil for another 1 min till the paneer separates leaving a yellow-green water like liquid
  4. In a muslin or cotton cloth empty the mixture, to drain the water
  5. Wash it with clod water once
  6. Tie is up to drain remaining water.
  7. Keep in refrigerator
  8. To shape the panner square, I put it in a square bowl with heavy weight from top.
