A2 Doodh Chocolate Ice Cream

  • Take two pouches of A2 Doodh ( 1 litre) and empty it in a non stick pan
  • Boil to reduce it to half
  • You will see malai being formed
  • Remove from heat and add pieces of of cooking chocolate ( one inch pieces work fine)
  • Add 5-6 drops of Vanilla essence
  • Let the mixture cool down and blend it for a smooth creamy texture
  • Add grated chocolate and baked nuts for more flavour
  • Set in freezer for 20 hours
  • Serve with chocolate syrup
