Doodhi Halwa


A2Ghee – 1 1/2 Teaspoon

Grated bottle gourd – 1 Cup (16 tbs)

Sugar – 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)

A2Milk – 2 Tablespoon

Grated khoya – 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)

For garnish

Charoli – 1 Tablespoon (chirongi nuts)





  1. In a deep non-stick skillet, heat A2ghee, add bottle gourd and saute over medium flame for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Add sugar and A2milk. Cover and cook over low flame for about 4-5 minutes or until bottle gourd is soft.
  3. Add khoya, stir constantly, and cook over medium flame for 1-2 minutes. Remove from flame.



  1. Garnish with nuts and let cool completely. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
