- 2 cups thuli (cracked wheat)
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 liter A2milk
- 4 raisins (kishmish)
- 4 cashew nuts
- 4 walnuts
- 4 almonds
- 1 tbsp A2ghee
How to Make Khichdo
- Heatgheein a frying pan and roast the wheat in it.
- Stir till it becomes light brown in colour.
- Add A2milk to it and let it boil till fully cooked.
- Add sugar and keep stirring till it becomes thick in consistency.
- Garnish with raisins, cashewnuts, walnuts and almonds. Serve.
