Thandai

Ingredients 

1 tsp-Khus Essence

2 tsp-Saunf

1 tsp-Elaichi (Cardamom) Powder

6-Pepper

10-Badam (Almonds) soaked and peeled

1-1/2 litre-A2Milk

1/2 tin-Condensed Milk

How to make Thandai

  1. Grind soaked and peeled almonds, elaichi and saunf to a fine paste. Blend with other ingredients till well mixed. Strain.
  2. Half fill each glass with crushed ice and top up with the above mixture.
  3. Serve garnished with rose petals.

Quick Tip: 2 tbsp of poppy seeds or Khus-Khus can be used in place of Khus essesnce.
